Automated Content Moderation

Every artwork submitted to Aquarelia undergoes real-time automated safety screening before it can be certified, published, or listed on the marketplace. Assets flagged for policy violations are automatically blocked from certification and platform distribution.

Repeated attempts to upload violating material or circumvent our safety filters will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of platform access.

Zero-Tolerance Prohibited Content

Our automated safety filters strictly reject any media or prompt containing:

Child Exploitation: Any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or content depicting child exploitation and endangerment (reported immediately to relevant authorities).
Explicit Adult Material: Pornography, sexually explicit imagery, or gratuitous nudity.
Extreme Violence & Harm: Graphic violence, gore, mutilation, or the depiction and encouragement of self-harm and suicide.
Non-Consensual Synthetic Media: Deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or unauthorized realistic depictions of real individuals.
Harassment & Hate Speech: Targeted harassment, defamation, cyberbullying, doxxing, hate speech, or content promoting violent extremism and discrimination.

Reporting & False Positive Appeals

While our automated moderation engine is continuously tuned for precision, false positives can occasionally occur. If you believe your original artwork was mistakenly flagged, or if you encounter content that violates our standards, please contact our moderation team directly at support@aquarelia.io for prompt human review.
