If Guidelines Are Not Met

When using the Aquarelia.io platform, and if your upload is structurally flagged by our safety moderation filter, it will automatically return a 'safety policy violation'. As a result, you will be strictly blocked from certifying the digital asset on the global ledger. Recurrent bypassing of our safety screening will result in a suspension of your access to the application. This is to keep the wider community safe.

Strict Zero-Tolerance

Our safety net is calibrated to filter out submissions and reject in an automated way assets containing any of the following parameters :

• Explicit or pornographic material of any form.
• Graphic real-world violence, or mutilation.
• Media maliciously designed for child exploitation.
• Activist campaigns, including factional and aggressive content.
• Digital targeting and harassment.

Content Moderation

To ensure Aquarelia remains a premium and safe ecosystem for all digital creators and collectors, we use an advanced, real-time media filtering feature. Every piece of artwork submitted to the user interface is synthetically analyzed before it can be certified, or uploaded to the marketplace.

While Aquarelia is designed to be a dynamic and immersive ecosystem, we deeply value the mental health and well-being of our community. Digital marketplaces can be captivating, but it remains your responsibility to keep a healthy balance when interacting with our platform. We strongly encourage all users to practice mindful engagement. Take regular breaks away from the screen, set personal browsing limits, and avoid continuous connectivity. True creative inspiration often happens offline.
